Job Title: Sales Account Executive

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at FirstEnroll, LLC. As a critical sales role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing potential new clients to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue potential new clients to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and providing timely resolutions to any issues.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, staying updated on changes or new offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance industry.
  • Skills:
    • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Account Management: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Negotiation and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
