Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at DWS Professional Search Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients in your assigned territory, promoting their services and driving sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our services and solutions.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking and referrals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Continuously develop and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend meetings as required.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
