About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Partnerships to join our team at NTI Connect LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing sales strategies to meet our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across new and existing key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Data Center operators, hyperscale cloud/AI providers, and other industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7-12+ years of experience in Data Center, hyperscale/cloud/AI verticals.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Relevant technical certifications and accreditations.

Competencies and Skills

  • Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, hyperscale space, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary: $150,000 - $220,000. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.
