Director of Sales and Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Partnerships to join our team at NTI Connect LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing sales strategies to meet our goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across new and existing key accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Data Center operators, hyperscale cloud/AI providers, and other industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 7-12+ years of experience in Data Center, hyperscale/cloud/AI verticals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications and accreditations.
Competencies and Skills
- Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, hyperscale space, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Compensation
Estimated annual salary: $150,000 - $220,000. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.
