Pharmaceutical Partnership Development Director

About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission to end breast cancer forever. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and cultivating new business opportunities with pharmaceutical partners through lead generation, proposal preparation, and sales presentations.
You will proactively build 6- and 7-figure strategic partnerships that support the goals of our partnering companies while advancing our brand and mission. Your success will depend on your ability to effectively leverage qualified leads, your network, and your own entrepreneurial spirit to create unique partnership opportunities with senior executives and leading corporations.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding large revenue goals, including building 6- and 7-figure partnerships. If you have experience in developing comprehensive partnership proposals, managing a sales process, and creating financial forecasting/reporting of key performance metrics, we want to hear from you
About You- You have a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of nonprofit and/or pharmaceutical/life sciences industry experience in developing, implementing, and managing complex partnerships.
- You have a proven track record in creating and managing a robust sales/partnership pipeline, with a strong deal/partnership lead-to-close ratio.
- You have experience and/or demonstrated knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (retail, biotech, etc.).
- You are an independent, self-starter who has a history of working with little direction and turning conceptual direction into executed strategies.
