Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate donors, foundations, and mid-level individual donors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate and annual giving donors, working closely with the Executive Director.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and team to manage corporate sponsorships and annual giving donations.
- Represent Forefront Living at corporate events and community events, showcasing our mission and values.
- Devise innovative fundraising ideas that benefit both corporate entities and our organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience with proven success in building and sustaining relationships with constituents.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to demonstrate experience in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts donors.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
