Job Title: Sales Manager - Building Materials

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our building materials sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing customer relationships to drive sales and business growth.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites, including SMEs, within the territory.
  • Work independently and often remotely, managing your schedule and tasks effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize commission opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales background with specific experience in plumbing, septic, or building materials.
  • Strong network and customer base in the industry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage significant travel requirements.
  • Track record of leading successful sales teams.
