Business Development Executive Opportunity

NSR Talent in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive growth and make a significant impact.

This role offers a unique opportunity to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for company growth.
  • Analyze sales data and track progress towards sales goals, providing regular reports to the management team.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in US Work Authorization.
Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000
