- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for company growth.
- Analyze sales data and track progress towards sales goals, providing regular reports to the management team.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in US Work Authorization.
