Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, directing them efficiently to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are presentable.
- Provide guidance and escort visitors to their destinations within the facility.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, filing, and sorting mail as needed.
- Facilitate new employee orientation, explaining company policies and benefits.
- Stay informed about human resources procedures and benefits programs to assist staff effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws in all HR-related activities.
- Manage enrollment in benefit plans and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct pre-screening for job applicants, including reference checks and background verification.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all human resources matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience: On-the-job training provided
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in clerical and customer service roles is advantageous.
