Job Summary

The University of Georgia is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outreach Program. This role will be responsible for managing registration, billing, and scheduling for multiple outreach programs, as well as planning and executing special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage registration and billing processes for outreach programs
  • Plan and execute special events, including room reservations and promotional activities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote outreach programs
  • Provide administrative support to the Outreach Program team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
