Job Description

At Juno Search Partners - Open Positions, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level professional and personal administrative support to the President and other executives as needed.

This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
  • Attend meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of executive support experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
