Overview

The role of the Program Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring that all participants are treated with the utmost dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage all facets of the program.
  2. Handle personnel management effectively.
  3. Administer the financial aspects of the program.
  4. Coordinate new admissions and arrange transportation logistics.
  5. Engage professionally with families and caregivers.
  6. Assist in the design, planning, and execution of various programs.
  7. Ensure the safety and emergency protocols are adhered to within the program.
  8. Participate in care plan meetings and resource discussions.
  9. Organize weekly staff schedules and assignments.
  10. Document and maintain records for individuals served.
  11. Supervise ongoing projects and program initiatives.
  12. Foster collaborative relationships to guarantee essential support services for members and their families.
  13. Provide direct care as necessary.
  14. Notify supervisors regarding staffing issues or concerns.
  15. Adhere to established policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  17. Actively engage in all licensing requirements as mandated by the Program Director.
  18. Attend agency meetings and training sessions as required.
  19. Report any incidents, suspicions, or accidents to the Director or Program Director.
  20. Possess the ability to lift 45 lbs or more.
  21. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

  • Current First Aid Certification
