Senior Vice President of Turnaround Strategies

Turnaround & RestructuringOur esteemed turnaround and restructuring advisory team is dedicated to serving a wide range of clients across various industries, with a particular emphasis on the middle market. We pride ourselves on our team of experienced professionals who have a proven history of generating value through operational turnarounds and financial restructurings.
We are seeking skilled Turnaround & Restructuring professionals to enhance our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive financial and operational support on client projects across diverse sectors; leveraging your expertise and on-the-job training to produce reports, models, and deliverables that inform strategic decisions related to client turnaround and restructuring goals.
This position offers flexibility, allowing for a hybrid work model where candidates can work remotely several days a week, fostering both efficiency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze current and historical business performance along with capital structure.
- Develop detailed 13-week cash flow forecasts to assess liquidity needs.
- Create sophisticated financial models reflecting the client's past and potential future performance.
- Assist in formulating and preparing corporate strategic plans.
- Provide support for the execution of approved business strategies.
- Engage with client personnel and management to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and evaluate business options and contingency plans as required.
- Effectively gather, analyze, and organize extensive data sets, even when incomplete.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality client deliverables.
- Offer interim support on operational functions as directed.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of bankruptcy processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Graduate degree in business with a focus on finance, accounting, or operations is advantageous.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining dynamic financial models and cash flow forecasts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Expertise in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, particularly in financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Experience in delivering independent business reviews and cash flow assessments.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical and business writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
Actual compensation packages are determined based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, and internal equity.
