Turnaround & Restructuring

Our esteemed turnaround and restructuring advisory team caters to a diverse range of companies and stakeholders, emphasizing the middle market. We assemble a team of experienced professionals with proven success in driving value through operational improvements and financial restructuring.

We are on the lookout for Turnaround & Restructuring experts to enhance our team. You will deliver comprehensive financial and operational assistance on client projects across various sectors; leverage your expertise and training to produce reports, models, and deliverables that guide client turnaround and restructuring strategies.

This position offers flexibility, allowing for a hybrid work arrangement. Ideal candidates should be local to their chosen office location, with the ability to work remotely several days a week, optimizing both efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current and historical business performance and capital structures
  • Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts to assess liquidity and cash requirements
  • Create dynamic financial models showcasing the client's historical and potential future performance
  • Assist in formulating and preparing corporate strategic plans
  • Support the execution of approved business strategies and plans
  • Engage with client personnel and management to meet objectives
  • Evaluate business options and contingency plans as necessary
  • Gather, analyze, and organize extensive data sets, even if incomplete
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality client deliverables
  • Provide interim support for operational functions as directed
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of bankruptcy processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred
  • Graduate degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or operations is advantageous
  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining dynamic, integrated financial models
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to cultivate strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Expertise in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, particularly in financial modeling and performance analysis
  • Experience in independent business reviews, cash flow assessments, and capital structure analysis
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis
  • Excellent analytical and business writing skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while knowing when to seek guidance

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 + benefits + bonus

Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications, and internal equity.
