We are seeking professionals in Turnaround & Restructuring to provide comprehensive financial and operational support on client projects across diverse industries. You will leverage your experience and on-the-job training to deliver reports, models, and work products that inform client turnaround and restructuring strategies.
This position is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in remote work while maintaining collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze current and historical business performance and capital structures.
- Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts to assess liquidity and cash requirements.
- Create dynamic financial models reflecting the client's historical and potential future performance.
- Assist in the formulation and preparation of corporate strategic plans.
- Support the execution of approved business strategies and plans.
- Engage with client personnel and management to achieve project objectives.
- Evaluate business options and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Gather, analyze, and organize extensive data sets, even if incomplete.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality client deliverables.
- Provide interim support for operational functions as directed.
- Assist in bankruptcy preparation and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred.
- Graduate degree in business with a focus on finance, accounting, or operations is advantageous.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining integrated financial models and cash flow forecasts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to cultivate strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Expertise in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, particularly in financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Experience in independent business reviews, cash flow assessments, and capital structure analysis.
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced and challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of financial statement interpretation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and business writing skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while knowing when to seek guidance.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 plus benefits and bonus.
Actual compensation packages are determined based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, and internal equity.
