Job Summary

The Legal Support Specialist collaborates closely with attorneys, managing cases during the Pre-Litigation phase while ensuring consistent communication with clients, providers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage daily with clients, insurance representatives, and medical providers through various communication channels.
- Conduct thorough research to identify all potential defendants and insurance coverage.
- Request and diligently follow up on the collection of essential documents, including police reports, 911 calls, insurance policies, medical records, bills, and liens.
- Review, upload, and manage daily correspondence received via email, fax, or through our digital management system.
- Organize and maintain the attorney's calendar effectively.
- Participate in client meetings alongside the attorney.

- Ensure that cases are updated regularly with all pertinent information, including treatment details, record and bill collection, insurance coverage confirmation, and verification of balances. This includes managing PIP logs and ensuring all medical providers have the necessary insurance information for billing purposes.

- Prepare demands and closing statements with precision.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a substantial case load.
