Bilingual Customer Service Representative

DebtBlue is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Notate client accounts in our CRM system with accurate and complete information to ensure seamless communication between employees and departments.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns, utilizing problem-solving skills and judgment to resolve complex issues.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to assign and complete tasks, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of call center experience is preferred.
- Empathy and a willingness to assist clients throughout their financial hardship are essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and client service software, database, and tools.
