Job Title: Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and requests for service, allocating the accurate resources to facilitate the transport of goods and services.
  • Work closely with management and the dispatch team to communicate needs and ensure timely guest service.
  • Handle and maintain all records and documentation of service requests, utilizing software to log activity.
  • Provide customer service and maintain a friendly and effective demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Perform and coordinate a variety of duties related to dispatch and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in transportation dispatch or a related field is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of software applications is essential.
  • Demonstrates strong social skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
