Key Responsibilities- Order and review VA appraisals, update systems, and work with clients and appraisers to resolve issues.
- Review and execute DNMS documents, review foreclosure files for the litigation team, and appear in court as necessary.
- Document executions, review and update spreadsheets, and take and return calls from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys.
- Respond to borrower, realtor, and lienholder inquiries via email and fax.
- Work with co-counsel on issues related to foreclosures and third-party surplus files.
- Process mail, monitor phones, and assist incoming visitors in the Seattle physical office.
- Review and execute/upload documents for the remote trustee team and maintain/update team manuals.
- Provide assistance to team members regarding issues and questions, and perform quality control as a team.
- Experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure.
- Experience in reverse mortgage services.
- Understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures.
- Recording experience in a title or trustee capacity.
- Notary public certification.
- Location in the Seattle, WA area, with a commute to 3rd Avenue West, Suite 200C, Seattle, WA 98119.
