Job Summary

Deployed Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating potential workplace concerns, including violations of company policies, values, and applicable laws or regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fair, detailed, and timely investigations into allegations of violations of the company's policies or laws and policies to ensure fair treatment of all employees
  • Initiate and complete all investigation steps, including document review, interviews, investigation reports, recommend remedial actions, and reporting out on investigation findings, trends, and related metrics
  • Partner with management staff to support site, departmental, and corporate goals
  • Support HR and Corporate Legal Counsel on other projects, initiatives, discovery requests, and strategic opportunities as may arise from time-to-time
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in employee relations, human resources, business management, or related field
  • Five plus years professional experience conducting internal workplace investigations as part of an in-house company organization, governmental agency, compliance entity, or law firm
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP) certification, preferred
