Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Intake Specialist to join our team at Atlantis Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless operations, and leading a team of Intake Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients and visitors, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with referral sources, physicians, and staff to ensure accurate documentation and efficient workflow.
  • Entering referrals into the system, collecting payments, and maintaining patient records.
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving conflicts, and developing strong relationships with patients, staff, and referral sources.
  • Leading and training a team of Intake Specialists, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional patient care and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Three years' experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Competencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead and train a team, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional patient care.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies quickly.
