Position Overview:
The Employment Support Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their journey towards meaningful community employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support services tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
- Engage in person-centered planning and discovery to identify strengths and preferences.
- Conduct skill assessments to evaluate job readiness and capabilities.
- Facilitate volunteer opportunities and job training programs.
- Develop customized employment strategies to match individuals with suitable job roles.
- Support job retention efforts and maintain ongoing communication with local employers.

Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility, including availability for varying shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.

Compensation:
- Starting wage: $19.18 per hour
- Wage scale: $19.18 to $24.27 per hour

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a two-year degree in Health Services or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in health services or mental health, with a focus on sales and training.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with individuals with I/DD.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
