Role Summary:

The Principal Employment Advisor plays a crucial role in collaborating with local employment services to assist participants in achieving their educational and career objectives. This position involves:

  1. Working full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, in a collaborative setting.
  2. Providing comprehensive employee benefits, including:

  • Make referrals to other staff and partner organizations as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates should possess an Associate's degree in business, education, social sciences, or a related discipline; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in vocational counseling, adult education, or job training is required, or an equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are essential for this role.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
