Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team at HireQuest Direct. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful sales career with a leading staffing agency in the Denver area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and work independently. You will be expected to cultivate and expand accounts with existing clients, compile lists of promising customers from various sources, and travel throughout the city of Denver to solicit orders and maintain outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 with a total compensation potential ranging from $100,000 to $175,000.
- A lucrative monthly commission structure.

Requirements:
- Prior business-to-business sales experience preferred but not required.
- Able to thrive as a team player, be self-motivated, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
