Residential Sales Development Representative

The Cornerstone Building Brands team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Development Representative to drive growth and revenue in our assigned territory.
We are committed to fostering strong relationships with residential builders, driving new sales, and increasing market share for our stone veneer and masonry installation projects.
About the Role- This role is responsible for delivering top-line revenue goals for the territory, including new and repeat business with B2B clients such as builders of new residential construction projects.
- The successful candidate will be accountable for driving YOY growth in new sales, new clients, and repeat business.
- Own the delivery of profitable sales and revenue growth in the territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive new sales and expand existing customer relationships.
- Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the new construction or remodeling industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and proficiency in CRM systems.
