Job Overview

HireQuest Direct is a leading provider of on-demand staffing and professional recruiting solutions. As a dynamic Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business development and cultivating existing client relationships.

Your primary focus will be on selling staffing services in the construction, warehouse, and light industrial sectors. With a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in meeting weekly-established customer-call quotas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals to drive new business growth.
  • Cultivating and expanding accounts with existing clients to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Compiling lists of promising customers from various sources to identify new sales prospects.
  • Traveling throughout the city of Denver to solicit orders and maintain outstanding customer service.
  • Providing competitive price quotes, negotiating terms, and preparing compelling sales contracts/customer applications.
  • Completing thorough job site survey reports for both new and existing customer sites.
  • Generating periodic sales reports demonstrating sales volume and potential opportunities.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive base salary ($55,000 - $60,000) with a total compensation potential ranging from $100,000 to $175,000. You will also enjoy a lucrative monthly commission structure, comprehensive benefits package, generous car allowance, substantial cell phone allowance, company-provided laptop, and expense account for business-related expenditures.
