We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver at Estancia Del Norte. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Drive shuttle van to transport guests to and from the airport and other nearby locations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and shuttle van
  • Assist with luggage handling and storage
  • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols while driving the shuttle van
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
