Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Westin San Antonio North. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, using a positive and clear speaking voice to address their needs and concerns.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage guest accounts, handling payments, and resolving any issues or discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information and recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, using your knowledge and expertise to enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
