Job Summary

Empire Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
