Job Title: Client Setup Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Client Setup Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, auditing, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit client setup documents, including benefit templates, to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Identify trends and process improvement opportunities through audit findings.
  • Collaborate with client setup team members, sales, and product management on discrepancies and errors to be corrected.
  • Conduct audits of client benefit changes, administration changes, and cancellations in accordance with established client set up and underwriting guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in benefits administration, auditing, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
