Job Summary

CereCore is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch support to our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support, answering inquiries, and compiling reports. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to our team, including typing, composing, and proofreading correspondence
• Answer inquiries and refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals
• Compile reports from data and existing records
• Gather information and develop summaries as requested
• Assist with development and implementation of budget and operational plans
• Develop and implement office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, and systems
• Ensure adequacy of office supplies and equipment
• Schedule/coordinate meetings, appointments, and make travel arrangements
• Assist other staff as requested
• Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions
• Participate in educational activities and programs
• Maintain strictest confidentiality
• Perform related work as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
• 2+ years of relative experience, preferred
• Flexible in supporting any office projects needing extra attention due to specific deadlines
• Assists other administrative support staff in projects and cross-coverage as needed
• Self-motivated and proactive to finish tasks on or before an assigned deadline
• Able to learn new skills quickly and self-teach when needed
