Administrative Coordinator

Beaman Toyota, a Hudson Automotive company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales and business operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and business operations teams, including filing, record keeping, and data entry.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Support the coordination of sales events and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Prior experience supporting accounting and dealership business office is a plus.
