The Procurement Specialist plays a crucial role in our operations, overseeing a variety of purchasing and procurement tasks. This includes sourcing essential materials, components, and fixtures, as well as managing vendor relationships. A significant portion of the role involves handling quotes and invoices, with a primary focus on acquiring supplies for both job sites and our warehouse. The salary for this position ranges from $38,000 to $42,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accuracy in Purchase Orders
  • Placing and reviewing orders
  • Assisting in the management of warehouse personnel
  • Monitoring credits, purchase orders, and related documentation
  • Providing support to field staff on material selections
  • Engaging in various other procurement activities

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn, with a respectful and punctual demeanor
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently after training
  • Full-time availability from 7:30 AM until the day's end (varies)
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with optional weekend shifts
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
