Job Summary

The IT Contract Specialist will provide services to internal staff and external vendor representatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the submission and approval process for IT contracts, processing and approving IT invoices, and ensuring accuracy in billing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for purchasing and tracking IT capital requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee IT invoice processing, reviewing and auditing vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Ensure invoices are processed correctly and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation and resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Analyze monthly IT costs to ensure consistency and accuracy in allocation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate regularly with users and IT members.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field or minimum of five years' experience with IT contracting and billing reconciliation practices.
  • 4-6 years of Information Technology Administrative Support experience.
  • Demonstrated support experience and knowledge of IT hardware.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on documenting and following defined procurement processes.
