Global Sales Coordinator

Position Overview:
The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the account operations for THD and HD Supply. This role includes vendor oversight, processing purchase orders, and tracking sales performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of THD and HD Supply account operations, ensuring efficient vendor coordination and purchase order processing.
- Input purchase orders into the CRM system, manage product shipments, and guarantee timely delivery to clients.
- Identify and resolve sales-related challenges, developing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer service inquiries and effectively address complaints to maintain high service standards.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and reviews to foster positive relationships.
- Enhance product visibility and information on THD.COM and HDS.COM platforms.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to analyze product performance and refine sales proposals.
- Monitor sales performance to improve inventory forecasting in collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock reporting, stock-taking, and product returns.
- Maintain clear communication and coordination with 3PL partners to ensure effective inventory management and delivery processes.
- Support sales representatives with new initiatives, including managing samples and conducting store visits.
- Perform additional related duties as necessary to support the team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing THD and HD Supply account operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of domestic supply chain models, retail operations, and sales analytics.
- Proficient in sales reporting, analysis, and inventory oversight.
- Experience with 3PL operations and familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
