At EMS of Virginia, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), you will provide Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Skill Building Services to individuals in the greater Richmond area.

About the Role

  • Provide one-on-one mental health counseling to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet clients' unique needs
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support
  • Conduct regular supervision sessions to ensure high-quality services
  • Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and best practices
