Job Title: QMHP-C Intensive In-home Clinician Counselor

At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Intensive In-home Services on a Full-time basis in the greater Richmond area.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a QMHP-C Intensive In-home Clinician Counselor. As a QMHP-C, you will provide mental health counseling services to clients in their homes, working with family systems, and completing individualized services plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1-1 mental health counseling related to goals
  • Work with family systems
  • Case Management to ensure client's basic needs are met
  • Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents
  • Complete individualized services plans
  • Complete quarterly reports
  • Complete progress notes for each session with a client
  • Provide information for authorization of services
  • Meet regularly for supervision
  • Attendance at team meetings
  • Maintain ongoing communication with your Clinical Supervisor
