Job Opportunity

At EMS of Virginia, we are seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team as a Community Based Clinician. As a QMHP registered with the Board of Counseling, you will provide Intensive In-home and Mental Health Skill Building Services in the greater Richmond area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits and provide 1-1 mental health counseling to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet client needs
  • Provide skill building to adults with serious mental illness
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
