Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team as a Community Based Clinician IIH MHSS. As a QMHP, you will be responsible for providing crisis stabilization, intensive in-home, and mental health skill building services to adults with serious mental illness in the greater Richmond area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1-1 mental health counseling related to client goals
- Provide skill building to adults with serious mental illness
- Take adult clients to appointments and link them with resources in the community
- Conduct case management to ensure clients' basic needs are met
- Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Complete quarterly reports and progress notes for each session
- Provide information for authorization of services
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP.
