Job Opportunity

At EMS of Virginia, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team as a Community Based Clinician. As a QMHP, you will provide Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Skill Building Services to individuals in the greater Richmond area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits and provide one-on-one mental health counseling to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet client needs
  • Provide skill building and education to adults with serious mental illness
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
