Job Title: Community Based QMHP Clinician IIH MHSS

We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to provide crisis stabilization, intensive in-home, and mental health skill-building services in the greater Richmond area.

Job Summary:

As a Community Based QMHP Clinician IIH MHSS, you will work with clients in their homes, providing one-on-one mental health counseling, skill-building, and case management services. You will also take clients to appointments and link them with community resources. Your goal will be to ensure clients' basic needs are met and provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis stabilization and intensive in-home services to adults with serious mental illness
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans
  • Complete quarterly reports and progress notes
  • Attend regular team meetings and supervision sessions
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Registered with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with serious mental illness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
