At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Crisis Stabilization Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to individuals in need.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual to provide Crisis Stabilization Services in the greater Richmond area. As a Community Based QMHP, you will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one mental health counseling to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans
  • Conduct home visits and community outreach
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
