Job Opportunity

At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team as an Intensive In-Home Clinician. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional mental health services to clients in the greater Richmond area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced mental health professional to provide intensive in-home services to children and adolescents. As a QMHP-C, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized service plans, provide one-on-one counseling, and conduct family therapy sessions. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive in-home services to clients, including individual and family counseling sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet client needs
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to ensure client goals are being met
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services provided
  • Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to ensure high-quality services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a licensed or licensed-eligible mental health professional with a strong background in providing intensive in-home services. You will also need to be registered with the Department of Health Professions as a QMHP-C. If you are a recent or upcoming graduate with experience in mental health services, we encourage you to apply.
