Responsibilities
* Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front office operations
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a hotel or related field
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software
