Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at USHG. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items, including ingredients and preparations.
  • Service Standards: Consistently follow the steps of service with efficiency and grace, maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service.
  • Guest Communication: Anticipate guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen at all times during service.
  • Cleanliness and Appearance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant, both before, during, and after service.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate an eagerness to continue learning and growing in your role.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience in a guest-facing restaurant role.
  • Language Skills: English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
