- Processes orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Manages table upkeep and collaborates with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff during service.
- Responds to guest requests promptly and with courtesy.
- Maintains open lines of communication with management and team members regarding guest needs and feedback.
- Demonstrates expertise in service techniques and the presentation of food and beverage offerings.
- Stays informed about all menu items, including preparation methods and ingredients.
- Delivers outstanding customer service to all patrons.
- Willingly assists colleagues as necessary.
- Complies with sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Performs additional job-related tasks as required.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a high-end dining setting.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wines, and cocktails.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
