Job Overview

Role Responsibilities:

This position plays a crucial role in the success of Alex Le by providing outstanding customer service and preparing delicious meals. Culinary team associates are expected to perform essential tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Food preparation and presentation.
  • Delivering meals to guests and addressing their needs.
  • Cleaning and clearing tables.
  • Opening the kitchen and organizing workstations for daily operations.
  • Closing the kitchen and ensuring cleanliness in accordance with company standards.

Key Duties:

  • Provide exceptional guest service.
  • Prepare food that meets quality standards and adheres to company procedures.
  • Serve food to guests and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
  • Keep the café organized and tidy, following established guidelines.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks, including dishwashing.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, retail, or customer service setting is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
