This role involves making outbound calls to healthcare providers, applicants, and agents, as well as conducting follow-up calls to gather medical records necessary for underwriting decisions. The expectation is to complete approximately 60 calls daily. Regular team meetings will be scheduled.

This is a full-time position, requiring an 8-hour shift during standard business hours. Flexibility for occasional overtime may be necessary based on business needs.
