We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our Contact Center team at Texas Health Resources. As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls to the hospital switchboard, directing calls to the correct location, and assisting with needed phone numbers.

This is a PRN position, working 30 hours per week with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements after an initial training period. You will be part of a friendly, efficient team with opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a Dispatcher, Communication Specialist, Customer Service Representative, or similar position in a communication or dispatch center. Hospital experience is a plus.

You will be required to have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and during emergency situations. You will also need to be able to code and alarm as needed.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunity to contribute to your own 401K, and a supportive work environment.
