ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Client Relations Specialist within the Rocco Casinelli - State Farm Agent team, you will play a pivotal role in creating outstanding client experiences that contribute to the growth of a thriving insurance agency. Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional customer service abilities, and genuine desire to assist others make you an excellent candidate for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about various insurance options.
  • Employ outstanding communication skills to effectively meet customer needs while fostering business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Able to relate effectively to clients, addressing their questions and anticipating their needs.
  • Strong communication skills to assist clients and collaborate with other agency personnel.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bi-lingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Open to both licensed and unlicensed applicants.
  • Welcoming candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience.
