Position Overview:

This role is designed as a casual employment opportunity, and we are pleased to offer a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus, distributed throughout the initial six months of employment.

Our extensive services encompass: LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly), skilled nursing, home health care, personal care, adoption and foster care, assisted living, adult day services, memory care, hospice, palliative care, residential living, affordable housing, home safety monitoring, Meals on Wheels, rehabilitation services, and private duty care.

At St. John Community, we facilitate a seamless transition for older adults through various levels of care, from residential living to skilled nursing, tailored to their specific needs. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the nursing staff's activities through unit coordinators and staff/charge nurses. Establish and uphold nursing service objectives. Clinical Coordinators working during off hours will serve as supervisors across all disciplines, while those on daylight shifts will fulfill the same supervisory role at St. John.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, along with two years of experience in long-term care, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Current RN license is required.
  • Proficient in computer usage, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
